EJ is working hard to stay as healthy as he can, so he’s decided that October will be his month to start. Read more below:
October is my month of “GOOD CHOICES”.
In my effort to be healthy I really want to focus on and try consistency. It’s hard, and I haven’t been consistent enough lately. So I’m challenging myself. I’m doing quite a bit of traveling in October going to film festivals and showing the documentary short about my film RUNNING BLIND. Traveling is usually the hardest thing about being or staying consistent for me. But, I won’t know unless I really go for it.
Recently I signed up with a Weight Watchers, and so far I like it. I like having a support system. Especially if people that know how difficult it is try to be healthy, but also know how difficult it can be to be heavy and unhealthy.
I’m about 30 lbs. heavier than I would like to be. So my goal for October is daily exercise. DAILY, even if it’s just a 30 minute walk. I’ll be staying in a lot of hotels and they will probably all have fitness rooms to help be out.
The hardest to get will be not drinking and staying away from, or saying “no,” to temptations people will surely offer me.
If you are out there and you would like to try this, maybe we can support each other. Thanks so much and stay strong! 🙂
