As you may notice by the pictures, I have put on a couple of pounds over the years. Okay, more than a couple. I have decided that this is the year I going to get rid of those extra pounds. Just like anyone else trying to lose weight, I have come up with something to give me some incentive, and that’s where you come in!

As you know, my son Markie is losing his sight due to the effects of Choroideremia (CHM). My father-in-law has completely lost his sight from this disease.
